They sent me updates while I waited to be able to take her home. They helped so much with everything I would need to know about being a cat mom. Answering all of my many questions😂 She was spayed, litter box trained, microchipped, and had all of her needed vaccines at that point when I got her. They even sent home a care basket with me when I came to pick her up. My kitten Kiwi is about 4 months old and she has the best temperament! “Rick and Penny were so amazing through the whole process. They kept us up to date on how Leo was doing. When we picked him up they went over and beyond to make sure we had everything Leo would need to make the transition easier on him including a blanket with familiar scents. We can tell he was loved on by the way he has adjusted to his new home. He’s good with our dog and kids. Rick and Penny have continued to stay in touch and answer any questions that come up. I received updates and photos constantly from the first inquiry, to the day I picked him up. They were responsive to all of my messages and questions.
